If no one is available to receive the delivery, our drivers will use their best judgment to determine the safest and most appropriate option based on the weather, location, and available shelter.
Depending on the circumstances, we may leave the flowers in a secure spot, such as a covered porch, with a neighbor, or at a designated reception desk or office. If a safe delivery isn’t possible, the arrangement may be returned to our shop until we can coordinate another delivery attempt with the recipient.
If we’re unable to hand the flowers directly to someone, we may leave a delivery notice at the door and contact the recipient by phone or text with an update.
